Card Makin Mamas #84 Bits and Baubles

The weeks theme at Card Makin Mamas is..

I had started a design, got about halfway through and 

decided it just wasn't coming out the way I wanted!

So I ended up with this card and so much happier!

This adorable image is from Darcys Diaries

I used buttons, the Dream Big pendant, and bottle caps with beads glued in.

Not sure what sentiment I will end up putting inside

but it is ready for a young girl that is going to take on the world!

Card Makin Mamas #83 Photo Inspiration!

This week at Card Makin Mamas 

our challenge is

 

I don't know why, but I never seem to do

photo inspirations very well. 

But here is my take..

I used an image from Simply Betty Stamps

and the Steampunk Classic Collection called "The Twins"

I kept it simple..pulling the brown from the frames in the picture

and focusing more on the image.

Card Makin Mamas #82 Splish Splash!

Hiya

This weeks Card Makin Mamas is...

We want to see your projects using

mists, sprays, paint...

Here is what I made...

I used  Toadstool Facination by
ching chou kuik's sold at Sweet Pea Stamps.

My paper I made with a few sprays from Lindy's Stamp Gang.

 Added some ribbon and some bling! 

Colored her with Copic markers and added

some stickles to the mushrooms and her belt.

I fussy cut her, mounted on white paper leaving portions

sticking out over the edges.

Today I have a card I made for our latest challenge (CMM#80) here at

This weeks theme is "Make It Sparkle"

She has some beautiful images...

if you are anything like me you will fall in love with the whole store!

Anyway here is the card I made...

I used "Mermaid Tying A Ribbon"

You can't see all the sparkle...

but I added glitter pen to the scales, hair and ribbons.

The papers have glitter and then I used a viva decor pen 

for the dots on the frame.
