I used Marilyn form Sassy's Movie Madness line.

I love this image and have wanted to use it for a long, long time!

Honestly...I had her colored months ago but just hadn't found the right thing to put her on!

I found the flowers in one of my jars and thought that the combo of

light and dark worked with the shading on her dress!

The sentiment I printed up a long time ago and found it in my stash.

Figured it worked!

Here is my card:

I used Beach Resort Sassy

and made her swimsuit into a dress.

I tried to get the picture a bit brighter but it made the sparkle look funny!

I used ric rac and grosgrain ribbon in burgundy foe my splash of color...

trying to pick up the burgundy tone of her hair.

I don't know what it is about the steampunk genre

but I love it!

Here is the card I made using

Steampunk Victoria Gear Frame

I inked my flowers and mesh with black ink.

The gears are colored over with stickles and then brads in the center.

Miss Victoria is colored with Copics and the charms are from my stash!

I added black and brown ink and some embossing powder on the metal charms

to give that more vintage feel!

I made some changes...

I cut her veil and added one in tulle with some little pearls.

I used Prisma Markers and added clear star gel over the dress and lips.

added some gears and cogs, a bit of magic mesh,

I am watching the Red Sox play and probably lose but it is summer

and there is no summer with out baseball!

Today I am sharing a card I made for Altered Elusions and Cards

that Sassy is sponsoring!

The theme is anything goes.

I used one of the latest images called Martini Pin-Up!

Thi picture does not show the sparkle that well!

But there is clear star on her legs and arms for the gloves.

And her legs, arm and the olices are popped up to give some dimension.

Going Greeeeeeen!

OK I admit it, I am not a green person.

I can count on one hand, with fingers left over

the number of green shirts I have in my closet.

So when Sassy's sponsored the Crazy Challenge

and the theme was go green,

I cringed but signed up for it! :)

I have been wanting to use Syrena for so long

and had a new GREEN paper pad by K&Co

so figured it was fate!

Here is what I came up with:

I wanted to keep it pretty simple BUT

after Iadded the ribbon it needed something more so

I added the pearls, it is actually a grouping that Icut and stuck!

When I layed the image down I realized it needed some thing else too!

I looked for some fish net that I thought I had but could not find

so Ipulled out some of my tule. Believe it or not is is from

my wedding favors back in '04! I can't throw

anything away that Ijust may have crafting use for! LOL

I used copics to color her...I did her hair kind of messily....

I wanted the just out of the ocean look. HAHA

And I added clear star over her hair and tail....I tried

to get the picture angled enough but it still did not show very well!

Anyway I hope you like it!

 Here is my take....

I used the newest Nurse Heather.

I had colored this image when I first got her but

wasn't sure what type of card I wanted to make.

Then I started messing around with my digital scrapbooking stuff

and decided to make a digital card!

So this is all digital elements and colored in PSP.

Well I have both!

I used the image

Wonder Regan

 (named after my wonderful friend and  team member Regan of Charmed Stamping)

I used a sizzix die for the stars and I made the

image pop up on several layers...

I think it made her look more 3D.

I colored her with copics and prisma markers and made the frame.

I decided to give this to my daughter...

just to let her know how wonderful I think she is!

I had this ready to post yesterday and I am not sure what happened! But here it is!

Hello! It's just another Manic Monday!

I watched a show called "Up All Night" and they had a cover band for the Bangels...

I loved them growing up oh so many years ago!

Anyway onto the reason for this post!

Sassy Studio Designs is sponsoring The Crazy Challenge this week.

The theme is SCARY LADIES!

So this is what I came up with....

I choose to use the Red Queen...

she just seems to be a very scary lady...don't you agree?

I used the card frame from Scrapper's Delights, colored the image with both copics and prisma  markers, added some crystal wire pieces and the paper was just from my stash!
The black outline on the coat is black enamel from Ranger but I didn't like it so I added some black tinsel glitter form recollections. I wanted it a bit more shiny but it does not shoe that well in the photo!
