so I just decided to keep it as a birthday card!

I watched Contraband and We Bought A ZOO.

Both I thought were pretty good!

Today I have a card to share that I made using

ROSE by Scrapper's Delights

This is such a sweet image...with a cute expression.

I have been trying to practice my similar color shading...

I did it opposite my flowers with the light at the edges and I added

a few extra strokes to make it not as blended.

An Oldie But A Goodie!

Ok so the image I used is not that old!

This image is from Scrapper's Delights

and I really wanted to showcase it this week!

It is an image that is very versatile...

it works for any type of card you can think of!

I have been trying to come up with some tags/bookmarks

and they are not exactly what was in my head but I am finally starting to get them done!

I just added a few embellies and some shine to my flowers!

Another Draco!

Dang Blogger...this was scheduled for yesterday!

Hi every body out there in blog land!

Thank you for spending some time with me today!

I decided to make another Draco card from Scrapper's Delights.

I went purple this time!

I added a shimmer spritz on top of him,

figured he needed a bit of shine!

The paper is from K and Co.

And colored him with Copics!

OMG I had a draft on here as well as on Scrapper's Delights and

completely forgot to post either one!

SOOOO

here is not only a card I finished using one of the Draco images

from the last release but

a bookmark of one of the adorable bees!

I have never used one of the Draco images before!

And I cannot figure out why!

He is so cute! The look in his eyes is filled with so much expression!

I colored Mr Draco with Copics

used paper from a Top Line Creations kit that I have had forever!

Added some metal corners, metal flower and some tulle with rhinestones!

I kept this pretty simple and kept little Miss Queen Bee centerstage!
Where else would a queen bee be????

Dragonfly Pixie!

This was supposed to go live on Wednesday...it didn't!
I was down with a headache for two days so I finally was able to get to it!

I colored this with copics and used one of my clear star gel pens to outline

most of the pixie and the centers of the flowers!

I added some of my latest flowers from Wild Orchid!

I love that store! The flowers are gorgeous and such great quality!

OK I should have posted these before Easter was over

but then the people who got them would have seen them before receiving!

Using 2 of the wonderful Easter image from Scrapper's Delights

So I finished my Easter basket:

I used Bunny Digi 1

and the added sign is from Dustin Pike.

The strap is from a belt...yes a belt...you know the ones

that come on shorts that you never use?? Well I use mine...

just not to hold up the shorts! 

Here is a card I made using Easter Bunny Egg 1:

 

There is some sparkle and shinr but I could not get the lighting

right to really make it show up!

I used one of the images, For U digi, made especially for this hop.

Isn't she just adorable! When I saw her I thought of  Annie....

so I went with the reddish hair.

I added fabric flowers and fabric bows to give some more dimension!

I really like how this turned out!

Pretty in Pink!

Janice has been on a roll with these Princess images!

AND I am in love with them!

For this card I wanted the image to be front and center...

having the elements small and more contained on the card.

I think I achieved that:

This is Princess 3

I colored her with copics, added bling from Recollections,

paper is from stash and the whole thing was

spritzed with diamond mist.

OK I finished my final project for the month of February!

This little cutie is called Sakura 1...

The sentiment is from Belles and Whistles.

I used Copics to color and the paper is from one of my Taylored Expressions kits!

2 Projects For Scrapper's Delights

Hope you are having a wonderful Sunday!

Very quiet and warm here in AZ.

Trying to be patient for Baseball season to start! LOL

Anyway I am not here to talk about baseball...

that will be when the RED SOX are winning! HA HA

Here are two projects that I finally finished using

Scrapper's Delights images.

The first one is using one of the latest anime characters

called Rabbit Parka 5...

The second is using a new and old image...

Scene Digi 1 and Papillions Grace...

Everything I used on these two cards

are from my stash...I am trying to use up some

of the stuuf I have accumulated over the years before

I start in with some of the newer stuff...yeah we shall see how long that lasts!

There are so many things on sale in the store so check that out...

and the next challenge should be starting soon!

Two New Projects

OMG I feel like I haven't finished anything in forever.

I try to keep ahaead of my DT work but the way I have felt lately

I am lucky to keep ahead of anything!

Anyhooooo!

I have finally gotten pictures of the last

two projects I did using new images from Scrapper's Delights.

The first one is Cupid 4!

She is a sexy little cupid that I used to make a Valentine's gift.

I made a pot with paper from the new DCWV Coral Corture.
Added a ribbon from my stash and then put
a styrofoam piece in the bottom to stick the blo-pops
which are also from my stash!
Cupid is stuck in with a piece of wire!

The next is the new Pyramage sheets...
you can get 6 sheets for 2 bucks right now in the store...
These are really cool. You get several images that enable you
to stack them upok I am not describing them right! LOL
Here is mine:

I made mine into a magnet for my MIL.
The next time I will probabl skip every other layer...
these seemed to get a little too big for a regular card.
