Time for another Fabulous Friday Freebie!
This one is all about St. Patty's Day!

Here is my card:

I used Copics to color, charms from my stash,
paper that I bought at Joanns's ages ago, flower soft
for the foam, and clear glass finish for the glass.
I cut out the clover on her top and hat and popped them up!
