Card Makin Mamas Craft Room Hop

Hi!
And welcome to my little craft room!
Or should I say rooms!
I am lucky enough to have 2!

Today we are having a Card Makin Mamas Craft Room Hop
to show off all of the DT's creative spaces!
You can find the link to the others at the bottom of my post!

When both of my boys moved out...
I took over...
The doorway into the front room...

This room is where my computer and printers are...

The printers are in the closet!

This is taken from the closet...my table can be folded up
and shoved to the side if I need to.
I have tables along the back wall, stamp cabinet next to my hutch style desk,
a desk that holds my Ellison, guillotine and sizzix machine.

Some shelves as well as my 49er collection! :)
This room is where I do most of my mixed media stuff!
I left the paint from my daughter...I moved her into the room next door!

Now for my other room

This room is where I first moved into once
Brandon left...

From the door...Honestly this is my favorite item
I ever bought...my craft table. It is two 36" book shelves
with a table top added.
This is taken from the closet...

This is from where I would sit while making cards...
I have two peg boards in the corner
And paper in the closet...

You can see the lonely copic in my holder...
All of my copics are actually down stairs at the couch
because I will color a lot while sitting watching TV.
When you get in the mood to color...you just gotta color!

DTBST #213 Sassy Sentiment

http://sassystudiodesigns.blogspot.com/

This weeks DTBST challenge is
Sassy Sentiment!
We want to see your projects with your
sassiest, sweetest or cutest sentiments!

I had a few things in mind when this challenge came up...
but then everything went right out of my head when I sat down to work on it!
So this is what I ended up with.

I made a tin that you can put candies or what not in.
I used some paper that I have had for years...glued it to the tin,
painted the lid, added flowers and a few sprays...
added Holiday Pie and one of my favorite quotes!

Happy Creating!

A Poppy Canvas

HI!

I have been crazy busy coloring
some fabulous images from a company called
AuroraWings!
You can find her store on etsy and gallery blog.

This is the first thing I have made into a final project...

Here is how it started...
I took an 8 x 10 canvas and added bead medium, gel medium
and some stiff wired ribbon that I gessoed white.
The shiny look is caused by the beads.

After coloring my image with copics and prismacolor markers
I fussy cut it and then colored another one...fussy cut portions of it
and glued those pieces on.

Better pic of the glued on pieces.

I printed my quote and viola..

Happy Creating!
